Cusco City Tour

Cusco is the heart of the ancient Inca Empire and boasts a wealth of tourist attractions, including the Plaza de Armas, the Cusco Cathedral, the Temple of the Sun (Qoricancha) and the archaeological remains of Sacsayhuaman, Qenko, Puca Pucara and Tambomachay. These sites are an impressive testimony of the architectural skill of the Incas and the importance of their civilization in the region.

Maras – Moray ATV

Visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy an exciting ATV tour through the impressive nature surrounding Maras and Moray. In Moray, visitors will be able to see the impressive amphitheater-shaped agricultural terraces, which were used by the Incas to cultivate different types of food. In Maras, you can visit the famous Salineras, which are an impressive network of salt pools dating back to Inca times.

Sacred Valley of the Incas

The Sacred Valley of the Incas is one of the most popular tourist attractions in the Cusco region. This valley has a wealth of archaeological sites, villages and breathtaking natural landscapes. Some of the highlights include the ruins of Pisac, Ollantaytambo and Chinchero, as well as the local markets, where visitors can buy traditional handicrafts and textiles.

Machu Picchu Tour

The Machu Picchu tour offers you a visit to Peru’s most famous tourist destination, Machu Picchu. This ancient Inca city is an archaeological wonder and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visitors can explore the city’s impressive ruins, including temples, palaces and hydraulic systems. In addition, one can enjoy the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain and the Urubamba River.

Mountain of Colors

This is an exciting trek through the Mountain of Colors, also known as Vinicunca. This stunning landscape features a series of multicolored hills, which appear to be hand-painted. Visitors can take a hike to explore the different hills and enjoy the panoramic views of the natural landscape of the Andes.

Day 1: VIP City Tour 3399 meters

• Pick up at the hotel 12:50 to 13:00pm
• Visit to the Inca temple Qoricancha (1 hour aprox)
• Transfer to Sacsayhuaman (10min approx)
• Guided visit to Sacsayhuaman (1 hour approx)
• Transfer to Huayllarcocha community (15 min)
• Visit to the South American camelids (45 min aprox)
• Guided visit to Qenqo
• Walk in the eucalyptus forest.
• Return to Cusco.
• Visit to the stone of the 12 angles

Day 2: Maras – Moray in ATV 2,700 meters

• Pick up and transfer from your hotel (before 7am or 12 pm) to the community of Cruzpata (1 hour trip).
• Indications and small practice with the guide before the activity.
• Putting on the safety equipment
• We will start the activity of the chosen route
• Return to Cusco city

Day 3: Sacred Valley RAP 2700 meters

• At 8:00 am pick up at your hotel.
• Beginning of the tour, indications by our guide.
• Visit to the Textile Handicraft Center in Chinchero.
• Visit to the salt mines in Maras
• Lunch in Urubamba
• Pottery class in Cerámicas Seminario Urubamba
• Visit to the Archaeological Center of Ollantaytambo
• We board the train to Aguas Calientes.
• Arrival in Aguas Calientes and rest at the hotel.

Day 4: Machu Picchu 2400 meters

• Breakfast at the hotel
• Transfer by Bus (CONSETTUR) to Machu Picchu
• Guided visit to Machupicchu (2 hours aprox)
• Return by bus to Aguas Calientes
• Travel by Tourist Train Aguas Calientes-Ollantaytambo
• Travel by Bus from Ollantaytambo to Cusco
• Arrival to Cusco city

Day 5: Mountain of Colors 5,000 meters

• 04:00 am Pick up from downtown hotel
• Drive to Cusipata (2 hours approx.)
• Breakfast in Cusipata
• Transportation to Chillihuani(1 hour trip approx.)
• Hike of 2 hours Chillihuani – Vinicunca
• Visit Vinicunca
• Lunch in Cusipata
• Return from Cusipata-Cusco

Day 6: End of service

• At the appropriate time transfer to the Alejandro Velasco International Airport
• End of service

DAY 01: AIRPORT PICK UP – CITY TOUR VIP

• At appropriate time pick up from airport and transfer to chosen hotel.
• Accommodation in hotel.
• At the agreed time pick up at the hotel, we will go to the temple of the sun Qoricancha. We will visit the most important enclosures and temples with the company of our professional guide in charge (1 hour approx).
• We will board our transport in the avenue the sun and we will go to the archaeological center of Sacsayhuaman, where we can observe the huge bastions that remain as the foundation of one of the largest temples built in Inca times. (1 hour approx).
• After the visit to Sacsayhuaman, we will continue our trip (15 min approx) to the community of Huayllarcocha.
• Upon arrival we will enter the Manos textile center of the community, where we will meet the South American camelids. We will be able to play and interact with them, we will also learn about the project of conservation and rational use of the raw material or wool of these animals.
• Then we will continue our tour to Qenqo, this place was very important and sacred in Inca times. Many important ceremonies and rituals were performed here because of its great connection with mother earth.  Our next point of visit will be the eucalyptus forest, where we will have free time for memorable photographs.
• We will return to the main square where our tour ends.

DAY 02: ATV TOUR MARAS – MORAY

• Our tour starts at 07:00 am hrs or 12:00 for the afternoon group, we will start with the pick up from your hotel, then we will go for 60 minutes approximately to the town of Cruzpata, where we will perform the activity of the ATVs.
• Here the guide will explain everything necessary to drive the ATVs and we will practice an average of 15 minutes and then we will equip ourselves with safety equipment (helmet and gloves).
• At the beginning of the tour with the ATVs you will be able to choose between the following routes:
  • Salineras and Moray
  • Salineras and Huaypo Lagoon.
• You will be able to enjoy during this tour impressive scenic views making sure you have all the necessary equipment. This tour will be an escape from the routine and be able to relax in the best tourist destination.
• Once the tour is finished we transfer to the city of Cusco, we leave you in the center of the city (13:00 am for the morning shift and 5 pm for the afternoon shift).

DAY 3: SACRED VALLEY RAP

• The tour to the Sacred Valley of the Incas starts picking you up at your hotel between 07:30 hrs and 08:00 hrs. Then we will start our journey to the Sacred Valley, we will stop in Chinchero where we will visit a handicraft textile center. We will learn about the plants and natural inputs they use to make their ancestral dyeing and weaving techniques.
• We will take our transportation again and travel to Maras for about 40 min. We will visit the salt mines, a unique group of more than 3,000 salt ponds in full operation. Each of the ponds is located a little lower than the previous one on the mountainside, which gives the landscape a unique and almost ethereal appearance.
• We will then board the bus and drive through the Sacred Valley to the town of Urubamba where we will have our buffet lunch.
• After lunch we will head to Cerámicas Seminario, where we will find exhibition rooms filled with pieces of art. The pieces are handmade by a local staff who learned the style from the Seminario couple, who make the utilitarian and decorative pieces.
• Our next point of visit is Ollantaytambo “The Living Inca City”, where we will ascend the stairs to the temple of the sun where we will have an incredible view of the surroundings (45 min).
• We will go to the train station in Ollantaytambo to take our train to Aguas Calientes.
• We will arrive to Aguas Calientes and we will go to the hotel to rest or visit the city.

DAY 4: MACHU PICCHU TOUR

• At the agreed time after breakfast at the hotel, we meet the guide at the bus station to board the bus that will take us to the sanctuary of Machu Picchu travel time is about 30 minutes.
• Upon arrival of the bus we will find the entrance door to the Sanctuary of Machu Picchu where we present our income, passport or identity card.
• Together with the guide we will enter the Sanctuary of Machu Picchu and we will have a guided tour of approximately 2 hours, where we will know the important points of the Inca citadel.
• At the end of the tour we will have free time to take pictures in Machupicchu.
• Then the guide will say goodbye to us, so that we board the bus back to the town of Aguas Calientes, where we can enjoy a delicious lunch at a restaurant of your choice.
• In the afternoon we will have time to visit the handicraft markets or a short walk through the city.
• At the appropriate time we will board our Vistadome train arriving in Ollanta. 1.40 hrs. arrival to Ollantaytambo train station where our staff will be waiting for you to transfer you to your hotel in Cusco. 1.50 hrs

DAY 05: COLORFUL MOUNTAIN TOUR/ AIRPORT TRANSFER

• The tour to the Mountain of Colors begins at 4:30 to 5:00 hrs in the morning with the pick up from your hotel.
• After a 2 hour drive we arrive at the restaurant in the town of Cusipata where we will have a delicious breakfast of the area, consisting of juices, bread, coffee, fruits, eggs.
• After breakfast we will continue with the trip for 1 hour more until we reach our starting point of the hike.
• The walk has a distance of 2Km approx. (1hr), depending on your physical condition you can do it in more time, the guide will accompany you throughout this journey.
• On the way you will enjoy beautiful landscapes, accompanied by the snow-capped mountains of our Andean mountain range, without a doubt the route rewards the long journey and effort.
• After the walk we will arrive at our destination the mountain of colors where we can enjoy the spectacle of colors that gives us the Pachamama (mother earth) we will have 40 minutes to enjoy the scenery and take a short break.
• Then we will start the return which will be easier since everything will be downhill. 12:00 hrs We will take our transport to our restaurant in the town of Cusipata where we will have a nutritious buffet lunch in the area.
• Finally we will return to the city of Cusco where we will arrive at 17:00 hrs approx.

DAY 6: END OF SERVICE

• Free morning for non-directed activities: shopping, visit to the central market or a museum in Cusco (optional).
