City tour Lima
It is a vibrant city that offers a mix of colonial and modern architecture. Paracas – Ica – Huacachina
Paracas is a coastal city famous for its natural reserve of the Ballestas Islands, where tourists can see sea lions, penguins and a large number of seabirds. Then, you can visit the city of Ica, known for its wine and pisco cellars, and finish in the oasis of Huacachina, where you can take dune buggy rides and practice sandboarding.
Nazca Lines
The Nazca lines are an archaeological mystery that have captivated tourists for years. From the air, you can appreciate the famous lines of several kilometers long, including animal designs and geometric shapes.
City tour Cusco

DETAILED ITINERARY
DAY 01: PICK UP FROM AIRPORT – CITY TOUR IN LIMA
At appropriate time pick up from airport and transfer to chosen hotel.

At the agreed time the agency will pick you up from your hotel and take you to the City Tour in the city.
We will start visiting the Huaca Pucllana Pyramid: Also called the great pyramid you can appreciate a panoramic view in the Huaca Pucllana, pre-Inca temple of the IV century A.D. This pyramid has 7 platforms, and on each platform has an L-shaped square, it is very striking how it was built.
Museum of the Central Reserve Bank: Visit the Museum of the Central Reserve Bank, admiring the sample of ancient cultures of Peru, with a select exhibition of objects from the collection of Oro Cohen, The museum has three exhibition areas, the archaeology room, where you can find ceramics, textiles, gold and wood pieces of the Vicus, Moche, Chancay, Inca, Lambayeque, Nazca, Chimu and Chavin cultures.
The Manuel Moreyra Loredo Art Gallery, where different tendencies, schools and techniques of Peruvian painters of the XIX, XX and XXI centuries can be found.
Popular Arts Hall where textiles, cloaks, flasks, ceramics, among other items representing the different regions of Peru are displayed.
Plaza Mayor: or Main Square of Lima, enjoy a walk through the Plaza Mayor watching the Cathedral, Government Palace and the Municipal Palace as well as visiting the San Francisco Monastery and its Catacombs, the square is a perfect place to pose and take some pictures and be able to post it on your Facebook.
San Francisco Monastery and Catacombs: Under the church of San Francisco in the city of Lima, there is a catacomb in which are deposited the bones of an estimated 70,000 people, some of them arranged in a decorative way. These catacombs were rediscovered in 1943 and it is believed that they may be connected through subway passages with the cathedral and other local churches, a unique experience for all visitors.
Santo Domingo Convent: Santo Domingo Convent where the Great Library, Main Cloister and the chapels of the Peruvian Saints: Santa Rosa de Lima and San Martin de Porres are displayed. It was considered a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1991.

DAY 2: PARACAS – ICA – HUACACHINA (HTL Ica)
A spectacular adventure to the south, in the Paracas National Reserve, the natural jewel of Peru. This reserve is a protected area of rich marine and terrestrial ecosystem.
We will start the visit with an excursion to the Ballestas Islands in Paracas, home to sea lions, Humboldt penguins and guano birds. On the way we will see an enigmatic shape in the sand, the Candelabro, an ancient geoglyph associated with the Nazca Lines. We will travel in a modern airboat to the high seas, for an average of almost an hour and a half, after lunch, we will meet again to board our transport that will take us to Huacachina Lagoon, the trip takes almost an hour south, passing through villages such as Guadalupe, La Angostura.
Paracas is a quiet fishing village where the wind blowing from noon onwards becomes more intense, the name of Paracas is determined by the Quechua origin of two words Para= Rain and Acca= Sand.
Literally sand rains are produced by the strong winds in the afternoon, where they blow at 50 km / hour. It is precisely the Paracas winds that have given the name to the reserve and that between August and November form real sandstorms all along the coast.
Paracas-Huacachina-Full day- To finish our tour, we will visit the Huacachina Oasis which is located one kilometer from the city of Ica. In this place the visitors will be able to enjoy the tranquility that nature gives us and walk around it. We visualize the giant dunes that surround the Oasis and enjoy the adventure sports, the Tubulars and the Sandboard (Optional) that consists of traveling through the desert in the sand carts (Tubulars) and each one will have time to slide the sand with the board, after doing the extreme sports in the oasis, we will have the option to visit the Huacachina.
Finally we will visit a very old winery in the area, we can taste and taste the piscos and wines produced in one of the most fertile valleys of southern Peru.

DAY 3: NAZCA LINES
We will start the tour passing by your hotel at the time confirmed in your reservation and transfer to the airfield where you will board a light aircraft for a memorable flight over the Nazca Lines. A professional guide will accompany you on this tour.
This flight over the Nazca Lines will cover the extension of the stony Nazca desert, whose surface is marked by gigantic drawings and geometric shapes. The flight lasts exactly 35 minutes and is the best way to see these fascinating lines and figures.
It is one of the most incredible legacies left by a culture and can only be appreciated from the sky at an altitude of 1500 feet.

DAY 4: PICK UP FROM AIRPORT – CITY TOUR IN CUSCO
Early in the morning, after breakfast, we will go to the Lima airport in our transportation to board the morning flight to Cusco.
At the appropriate time we will pick you up from the airport and transfer to your chosen hotel.

Our tour starts picking you up at your hotel between 12:50 hrs and 13:10 hrs, approx.
The City Tour in Cusco is a tour of the main attractions of the city of Cusco; the tour starts visiting the Cathedral of Cusco and its more than 600 paintings of the Cusco School (40 minutes).
Then we go to the Temple of Qoricancha on foot seeing beautiful Inca streets (10 min), we will enter the Qoricancha at (14:20hrs), this main temple in Inca times, in the temple of Qoricancha we will learn about the Inca religion and architecture (40 min).
At 15:00 hrs approx. we will take our transportation and go to Sacsayhuaman (15 min) in which we will have a guided tour through the huge walls of this Inca temple built for the god illapa (lightning) (45 min).
We will take our bus again to Qenqo (5 min) where we will have a tour to this other ancient Inca temple.
Once again we take our mobility (10 min) and go to Puka Pukara and Tambomachay water temple. We will finish our tour at 18:00hrs.
Upon returning to Cusco we will drop you off near the main square, you will have the afternoon free to enjoy the local cuisine, music and the city.

DAY 5: MARAS-SALINERAS MORAY TOUR
Breakfast at your hotel, the tour to Maras, Moray Salineras starts picking you up at your hotel between 07:50 hrs and 08:10 hrs, from where we will embark on a journey of 1.30hrs.
Moray is 37Km from Cusco, is a unique archaeological group of its kind, these gigantic holes were used to build terraces or agricultural terraces with irrigation canals in the surroundings.
The most interesting thing is the difference in average annual temperature between the top and the bottom of the depressions, which reaches up to 15 ° C the depression with 30 meters deep.
Then we go to the town of Maras (30 min), visit the famous salt mines known by some as “salt mines” which consist of about 3000 small wells with an average area of about 5 m², during the dry season are filled or “watered” every 3 days with salt water emanating from a natural spring located at the top of the wells so that, as the water evaporates, the salt contained in it gradually solidifies, the visit lasts about 1 hour.

DAY 6: HUMANTAY LAGOON
The tour to the Humantay Lagoon begins at 4:30 am with the pick up from your hotel, we head to the town of Mollepata (2 hours approx).
In the district of Molletapa we will make a stop to enjoy a nutritious breakfast, we will have some free time to use the restrooms, make purchases of hydrating drinks and snacks. Then we will advance to Soraypampa, which is the starting point for the hike to the Humantay Lagoon.
Arrival to Soraypampa at 09:00 hrs approx, we will have a panoramic view of the snow-capped mountains of Salkantay and Humantay.
At the starting point of the hike we will have a brief description of our hike, recommendations from our guide. The hike has a duration of 1 hour and a half approx. Once finished the ascent we will arrive at the magical lagoon impressive for its turquoise color located at the foot of the snowy Humantay, it is there where we will have a detailed explanation of the place and of course free time for photographs.
It is known according to local tradition that the Apu Humantay, is the youngest son of the Apu Salkantay. And both are in charge of rationalizing and distributing the water that descends from its eternal snows to the many populations that live in its foothills. For this reason, the local population venerates this lagoon as a deity that represents the Pachamama.
In the surroundings you will observe innumerable apachetas (stones superimposed one on top of the other that are placed in the sacred sites) that have been placed as offerings of gratitude to the Pachamama.
At 12:00 hrs we will return to Soraypampa and board the bus to the town of Mollepata, to enjoy a delicious local lunch.
At 14:30 hrs we will start the return to Cusco (2:30 hrs. Trip), we will leave you near the main square, so you can take a walk or have dinner in the center of the city.

DAY 7: SACRED VALLEY OF THE INCAS TOUR (HTL Aguas Calientes)
Breakfast at your hotel, the tour to the Sacred Valley of the Incas starts picking you up at your hotel between 07:50 hrs and 08:10 hrs,
Then we will start our trip to the Sacred Valley, we will stop at the Taray Viewpoint where we will observe the Sacred Valley.
We will take our transportation again and travel to Pisaq approx. 11:00 hrs we will visit the archaeological group of Pisaq, which includes a visit to the market in the town of the same name. 45 min approx.
We will take the bus and cross the Sacred Valley to the town of Urubamba where we will have our buffet lunch.
At 14:30 hrs after lunch we will go to Ollantaytambo where the town still maintains its splendor of when the Incas inhabited it (45 min),
After the tour to Ollantaytambo at 16:00 hrs we will leave you very close to the train station on foot (5 min), we will board the train according to the chosen schedule and we will go to Machu Picchu Pueblo.

DAY 8: MACHU PICCHU TOUR
At the agreed time after breakfast at the hotel, we meet the guide at the bus station to board the bus that will take us to the sanctuary of Machu Picchu travel time is about 30 minutes.
Upon arrival of the bus we will find the entrance door to the Sanctuary of Machu Picchu where we present our income, passport or identity card.

DAY 9: COLORFUL MOUNTAIN TOUR
The tour to the Mountain of Colors begins at 4:30 to 5:00 hrs in the morning with the pick up from your hotel.
After a 2 hour drive we arrive at the restaurant in the town of Cusipata where we will have a delicious breakfast of the area, consisting of juices, bread, coffee, fruits, eggs.
After breakfast we will continue with the trip for 1 hour more until we arrive to our starting point of the hike.
The walk has a distance of 2Km approx. (1hr), depending on your physical condition you can do it in more time, the guide will accompany you throughout this journey.
On the way you will enjoy beautiful landscapes, accompanied by the snow-capped mountains of our Andean mountain range, without a doubt the route rewards the long journey and effort.
After the walk we will arrive at our destination the mountain of colors where we can enjoy the spectacle of colors that gives us the Pachamama (mother earth) we will have 40 minutes to enjoy the scenery and take a short break.
Then we will start the return which will be easier since everything will be downhill. 12:00 hrs We will take our transport to our restaurant in the town of Cusipata where we will have a nutritious buffet lunch in the area.

DAY 10: RUTA DEL SOL – PUNO
After enjoying our breakfast. We will board our tourist mobility at 07:00 am to make our tour.
As first attraction to visit we have the chapel of Andahuaylillas dating from the seventeenth century, also known as the Sistine of the Andes for the beauty of its murals, gold leaf work and paintings of the Cusco school that houses inside (25 min).
The archaeological complex of Raqchi, also known as the temple of the god Wiracocha, who was the supreme Inca deity, in this place we will find colcas or Andean granaries, we will also see magnificent buildings in stone and adobe (40 min).
The Paso de la Raya, border between the cities of Cusco and Puno to more than 4335 meters above sea level where the famous snowy Chimboya, here you can take pictures of the landscape, the visit lasts 7 to 10 minutes.
Lunch is buffet and was in the tourist restaurant La Pascana (40min.).
The lithic museum of Pucara, which is a culture that developed from 1600 B.C. to 400 A.D. located at 106 km. Northeast of the city of Puno, in this museum we can find ceramics and sculptures representing zoo morphic figures, including the famous sculpture of Hatunñaqac that in our times would be translated as the supreme cutthroat (30 min).
After enjoying all this tour we will arrive to the city of Puno. We will have the accommodation in our selected hotel to rest.

DAY 11: UROS – TAQUILE FULL DAY
Transfer from the hotel from 6:40 a.m. to the lake port of Puno, to board a motor boat where we will travel to the floating island of the Uros where we will visit for 45 minutes.
Our guide will be waiting for us at the departure point where he will give us a brief explanation about the life of the inhabitants of these islands.
The Uros are a very old native community, formed by more than 40 islands, which are built with totora reeds by their own inhabitants, the same are used for the construction of their homes, boats (rafts), fuel and as food for human consumption. In this excursion we visit the main island and travel around 2 or 3 islands for 30 minutes each (with the option of doing the tour in the typical Totora boats).
Then continue traveling to the island of Taquile to arrive have a 1 hour walk to get to the village.
In Taquile we will spend 3 hours visiting the place observing the landscape and customs, we will have lunch in a local restaurant where we will have a typical lunch. We will have free time to explore the island and meet its inhabitants who will show us their way of life through their textiles.
Return to Puno 2.30 p.m. Arrival in Puno 5.00 p.m. Upon arrival at the port, transfer to the hotel.
