Welcome to the 3 days and 2 nights Magical Cusco Tour! Discover the mysterious beauty of Cusco, the ancient Inca capital. You will visit the archaeological sites of Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Pukapukara and Tambomachay. In addition, we will explore the Sacred Valley of the Incas and the marvelous citadel of Machu Picchu.

The Sacred Valley of the Incas
It is one of the main tourist attractions of the Cusco region. This geographical area is known for its picturesque villages, ancient Inca archaeological sites and beautiful natural landscapes. One of the main tourist attractions in the Sacred Valley is the Inca city of Ollantaytambo, which has huge farming terraces and an impressive fortress built on top of a mountain. Another place of interest in the Sacred Valley is the town of Pisac, which is famous for its handicraft market and impressive archeological site. Other Inca sites such as Chinchero and Moray, which are known for their fascinating agricultural and architectural systems, can also be found in the valley.
Machu Picchu Tour
It is a unique experience that takes visitors to one of the wonders of the ancient world. The citadel of Machu Picchu is an impressive stone structure built by the Incas on top of a mountain. The Machu Picchu tour begins with a train ride through the Urubamba River Valley to the town of Aguas Calientes, which is the gateway to Machu Picchu. Once there, visitors can explore the citadel and discover the history and culture of the Incas. In addition to the ruins, Machu Picchu boasts breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and the Urubamba River, making it an unforgettable experience for tourists.

TRAVEL ROUTE
- Day 1: Arrival to Cusco/ Sacred Valley of the Incas
- Day 2: Tour to Machu Picchu
- Day 3: Free day and transfer to the airport
Day 1: Sacred Valley RAP 2,700 mts.
- At 8:00 am pick up at your hotel.
- Beginning of the tour, directions by our guide.
- Visit to the Textile Handicraft Center in Chinchero.
- Visit to the salt mines in Maras
- Lunch in Urubamba
- Pottery class in Cerámicas Seminario Urubamba
- Visit to the Archaeological Center of Ollantaytambo
- Return to Cusco
Day 2: Machu Picchu 2400 meters
- Breakfast at the hotel
- Transportation Cusco-Ollantaytambo
- Travel by Tourist Train Ollantaytambo-Aguas Calientes
- Transfer by Bus (CONSETTUR) to Machupicchu
- Guided visit to Machupicchu (2 hours aprox)
- Return by bus to Aguas Calientes
- Travel by Tourist Train Aguas Calientes-Ollantaytambo
- Tourist Transport Ollantaytambo-Cusco
- Arrival to Cusco
Day 3: End of Service
- At the appropriate time, transfer to Alejandro Velasco International Airport.
- End of Service
DETAILED ITINERARY
DAY 1: SACRED VALLEY RAP
- The tour to the Sacred Valley of the Incas starts picking you up at your hotel between 07:30 hrs and 08:00 hrs. Then we will start our journey to the Sacred Valley, we will stop in Chinchero where we will visit a handicraft textile center. We will learn about the plants and natural inputs they use to make their ancestral dyeing and weaving techniques.
- We will take our transportation again and travel to Maras for about 40 min. We will visit the salt mines, a unique group of more than 3,000 salt ponds in full operation. Each of the ponds is located a little lower than the previous one on the mountainside, which gives the landscape a unique and almost ethereal appearance.
- We will then board the bus and drive through the Sacred Valley to the town of Urubamba where we will have our buffet lunch.
- After lunch we will head to Cerámicas Seminario, where we will find exhibition rooms full of art pieces. The pieces are handmade by a local staff who learned the style from the Seminario couple, who make the utilitarian and decorative pieces.
- Our next point of visit is Ollantaytambo “The Living Inca City”, there we will ascend the stairs to the temple of the sun where we will have an incredible view of the surroundings (45 min).
- When we return to Cusco we will leave you in the center of the city so you can have dinner or stroll around the Plaza de Armas of Cusco.

Day 2: Machu Picchu Tour
- At the agreed time after breakfast at the hotel, we meet the guide at the bus station to board the bus that will take us to the sanctuary of Machu Picchu travel time is about 30 minutes.
- Upon arrival of the bus we will find the entrance door to the Sanctuary of Machu Picchu where we present our income, passport or identity card.
- Together with the guide we will enter the Sanctuary of Machu Picchu and we will have a guided tour of approximately 2 hours, where we will know the important points of the Inca citadel.
- At the end of the tour we will have free time to take pictures in Machupicchu.
- Then the guide will say goodbye to us, so that we board the bus back to the town of Aguas Calientes, where we can enjoy a delicious lunch at a restaurant of your choice.
- In the afternoon we will have time to visit the handicraft markets or a short walk through the city.
- At the appropriate time we will board our Vistadome train arriving in Ollanta. 1.40 hrs. Arrival to Ollantaytambo train station where our staff will be waiting for you to transfer you to your hotel in Cusco. 1.50 hrs

- Free morning for shopping, visit to the central market or a museum in Cusco.
- At appropriate time transfer to Cusco airport.
