Walking Tour Vip

This Cusco city tour includes numerous tourist attractions, such as the Cusco Cathedral and the Church of La Compañia de Jesus in the Plaza de Armas, the San Blas neighborhood with its art galleries and workshops, the colorful San Pedro Market where you can find local handicrafts and taste delicious Peruvian food. Sacred Valley of the Incas RAP Tour

This tour of the Sacred Valley of the Incas includes several archaeological sites, such as Pisac with its Inca citadel and handicraft market, Ollantaytambo with its Inca fortress ruins and Temple of the Sun, and Chinchero, a traditional Andean village where you can learn Andean weaving techniques. Machu Picchu Tour

The Machu Picchu tour takes visitors to the impressive Inca citadel of Machu Picchu, which is one of the seven wonders of the modern world. The tour includes a hike along the Inca Trail or a shorter alternative by train to the town of Aguas Calientes, located at the base of the mountain where Machu Picchu is located. Mountain of Colors

This activity includes a hike through the impressive Vilcanota Mountain Range to the Mountain of Colors, also known as Vinicunca. Visitors can admire the breathtaking views of the natural Andean landscape and see the incredible colorful formations of the mountain. The hike also offers the opportunity to see local wildlife, including llamas, alpacas and condors. DAY 01: AIRPORT PICK UP – WALKING TOUR VIP

• At appropriate time pick up from airport and transfer to chosen hotel.
• Accommodation in hotel.
• The tour begins with the pick up from your hotel and then go to the entrance door in Llaullipata. Then we will enter the Sacsayhuaman archaeological center to begin our adventure in the city. We will immerse ourselves in the history, religion and Inca traditions. We will also observe the huge bastions and Inca shrines, after this visit we will move to the community of Huayllarcocha.
• Upon arrival we will enter the Manos textile center of the community, where we will meet the South American camelids. We will be able to play and interact with them, we will also learn about the project of conservation and rational use of the raw material or wool of these animals.
• Then we will move in our mobility to the neighborhood of San Cristobal (Qolqampata), located in the upper part of the city to have a panoramic view of the city.
• Continuing with our tour we will arrive to the Qantupata neighborhood where we will enter the street of 7 borreguitos, one of the most beautiful streets and visited by tourists where we will have some time in the huaca sapantiana (Inca shrine) and then visit the colonial aqueduct of this Huaca, we will also have a stop at the colonial bridge of Choquechaqa to share a little of the history of the place we continue with the walk and arrive at the neighborhood of San Blas exactly to the Tandapata street.
• This neighborhood is also known as the “Barrio de los Artesanos”, which is characterized by its narrow and long streets, and what to say about its striking and rustic colonial houses, its small squares, its staircases and the most attractive of this tour is that all the way and the walls are made of stone, we continue making the journey to the street 7 diablitos, 7 angelitos to reach the beautiful viewpoint of San Blas, where we will have another beautiful view and a time to enjoy this great place.
• To continue with this fascinating experience we will know another important point known as the route of the Qapaqñan (the network of roads of the Inca), then descend to the main square of the neighborhood, enjoy its water fountains and from this point we will go to the local market of the neighborhood to distinguish the native products of the city and try some typical fruits of the area such as mango, custard apple, tumbo etc..
• Then we will go to the street of “Hatun Rumiyoc” to visit the stone of the 12 angles, we will have some time to wear a typical costume of the area.
• Finally we will arrive to the main square of the city, surrounded by the imposing and beautiful colonial temples where we will have time for photos and explanation about the place.

DAY 2: SACRED VALLEY RAP

• The tour to the Sacred Valley of the Incas starts picking you up at your hotel between 07:30 hrs and 08:00 hrs. Then we will start our journey to the Sacred Valley, we will stop in Chinchero where we will visit a handicraft textile center.
• We will learn about the plants and natural inputs they use to make their ancestral dyeing and weaving techniques.
• We will take our transportation again and travel to Maras for about 40 min. We will visit the salt mines, a unique group of more than 3,000 salt ponds in full operation. Each of the ponds is located a little lower than the previous one on the mountainside, which gives the landscape a unique and almost ethereal appearance.
• We will then board the bus and drive through the Sacred Valley to the town of Urubamba where we will have our buffet lunch.
• After lunch we will head to Cerámicas Seminario, where we will find exhibition rooms filled with pieces of art. The pieces are handmade by a local staff who learned the style from the Seminario couple, who make the utilitarian and decorative pieces.
• Our next point of visit is Ollantaytambo “The Living Inca City”, where we will ascend the stairs to the temple of the sun where we will have an incredible view of the surroundings (45 min).
• We will go to the train station in Ollantaytambo to take our train to Aguas Calientes.
• We will arrive to Aguas Calientes and we will go to the hotel to rest or visit the city.

DAY 3: MACHU PICCHU TOUR

• At the agreed time after breakfast at the hotel, we meet the guide at the bus station to board the bus that will take us to the sanctuary of Machu Picchu travel time is about 30 minutes.
• Upon arrival of the bus we will find the entrance door to the Sanctuary of Machu Picchu where we present our income, passport or identity card.
• Together with the guide we will enter the Sanctuary of Machu Picchu and we will have a guided tour of approximately 2 hours, where we will know the important points of the Inca citadel.
• At the end of the tour we will have free time to take pictures in Machupicchu.
• Then the guide will say goodbye to us, so that we board the bus back to the town of Aguas Calientes, where we can enjoy a delicious lunch at a restaurant of your choice.
• In the afternoon we will have time to visit the handicraft markets or a short walk through the city.
• At the appropriate time we will board our Vistadome train arriving in Ollanta. 1.40 hrs. arrival to Ollantaytambo train station where our staff will be waiting for you to transfer you to your hotel in Cusco. 1.50 hrs

DAY 04: COLORFUL MOUNTAIN TOUR

• The tour to the Mountain of Colors begins at 4:30 to 5:00 hrs in the morning with the pick up from your hotel.
• After a 2 hour drive we arrive at the restaurant in the town of Cusipata where we will have a delicious breakfast of the area, consisting of juices, bread, coffee, fruits, eggs.
• After breakfast we will continue with the trip for 1 hour more until we arrive to our starting point of the hike.
• The walk has a distance of 2Km approx. (1hr), depending on your physical condition you can do it in more time, the guide will accompany you throughout this journey.
• On the way you will enjoy beautiful landscapes, accompanied by the snow-capped mountains of our Andean mountain range, without a doubt the route rewards the long journey and effort.
• After the walk we will arrive at our destination the mountain of colors where we can enjoy the spectacle of colors that gives us the Pachamama (mother earth) we will have 40 minutes to enjoy the scenery and take a short break.
• Then we will start the return which will be easier since everything will be downhill. 12:00 hrs We will take our transport to our restaurant in the town of Cusipata where we will have a nutritious buffet lunch in the area.
• Finally we will return to the city of Cusco where we will arrive at 17:00 hrs approx.
